Patient registration
Your answers go securely to Murrumbidgee Urology, so there’s less paperwork on the day.
We need your referral first.
Murrumbidgee Urology sees patients on referral. Once we have your referral and a urologist has looked at it, reception will send you a personal link by text or email, and you can fill in your registration form then.
There is nothing you need to do in the meantime. The link is yours alone and asks for the patient’s date of birth before it opens.
How to get a referral
See your GP and ask for a referral to Murrumbidgee Urology. Many GPs send it to us directly, and a referral from your GP normally lasts twelve months.
If you are not sure whether we have your referral yet, call reception on (02) 6925 6000 and we will check.
Already have a link from us? Open the text or email we sent you and tap the link in it. It is personal to you, so it cannot be opened from this page.
I already have a paper referral
If your GP has given you the referral to bring yourself, attach a photo or a PDF of it and you can fill in the form now. Reception will check it against your appointment.
